School of Engineering:

To get a Direct Admission in Presidency College for Engineering, here are some guidelines:

• You have to pass Pre-University / Higher Secondary /10+2 examination in Physics & Mathematics compulsorily together with chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject.
• You must obtain at least 45% marks if you are from General category. And 40% cumulative marks if you are from reserved category.
• You should have also appeared for Main and Advanced JEE, Karnataka CET, COMED-K, PUEET2017 or any additional tests related to State-level engineering entrance exam.

School of Law:

You must have passed your Pre-University / Higher Secondary /10+2 examination with a minimum of 45% marks if you are from General category and a minimum of 40% cumulative marks if you are from the reserved category from a familiar board.

You should have appeared for CLAT/LSAT India exam.

You have to attain 21 as on the 1st of July of the year of the admission if you are from general category. In the case of reserved category, the age of 22 on the 1st of July of the year of the admission have to be attained.

School of Management:

• You must possess a bachelor’s degree from a familiar university at least 45% marks if you are from General category and40% cumulative marks if you are from the reserved category.
• Besides you should have a high score in any of these exams – CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/CMAT/GMAT.

Admission procedure

The admission procedure for UG programs at Presidency College Bangalore is judged on the basis of your performance in the evaluation test. If you are able to clear the evaluation exam, you’ll have to attend an interview to secure your place in the College.

For PG Courses in Presidency College, you need to attend an interview which is taken either in-person or through Skype. Here you’ll be evaluated over Oral Extemporaneous Presentation and Personal Interview.
